The four week summer program offers courses in international and comparative law.

Each student will select two out of the four courses offered.
All courses are taught in English.
Beside the law classes, participants will be able to attend German language courses in the afternoon.
During your stay at Giessen you can take part in two overnight field trips to Munich and Berlin, visiting the major political institutions of Germany. During two day-trips, we will explore the Rhine river valley as well as the Lahn valley, including a boat trip on the Rhine river, followed by a wine tasting with some German delicacies.
Above that, students will enjoy an exciting and entertaining cultural and leisure program in Giessen encompassing an official welcome, a welcome barbecue, a campus party and the closing ceremony with award of certificates. Up to students interests canoeing, cinema, karaoke, visits to museums, trips to Frankfurt/ Cologne/ Heidelberg will be arranged as well.
